If our inner world is chaotic, our outer world appears so too. If we are full of doubts about ourselves, who we really are, what we really want and what brings a smile to our face, we will find it difficult to make any choices in our lives, be it in the private, emotional, work or social sphere.

Unfortunately, most people are not aware of their own mindset and the way they think about themselves and life, but when we learn to be aware of our destructive thoughts and change them into healthy thoughts we also learn to transform negative energy into motivation, into appreciate, acceptance, respect and love for ourselves.

It is a process, so we must not be in a hurry but be curious and patient in order to enjoy it.  We must accept ourself first but also be wise with others and stop worrying about what others think of us.

Try for a whole day to focus on awareness of yourself, your thoughts, your emotions, your mind and the way you look at life.
